Unfortunately, Khorio didn't release this before he went MIA. He's been absent from the GTA development scene for over a year now, so it's unlikely it'll ever be seen again.

The EMS callouts shouldn't be occurring if you're not in Paramedic agency. They may try and start, but should auto-cancel basically straight away. If that's still inconvenient, remove all of the entries from 'Available EMS calls' in the INI should stop them being registered at all (but then won't work in Paramedic mode unless you edit the INI again). Note you'll still need to leave "Available EMS Callouts=" just remove everything to the right of the = (otherwise, it'll assume the INI is broken and use the default setting). Next version actually has the EMS calls removed entirely, as they're being moved to their own LSPDFR plugin.

Updated version of DarkAPI should resolve this:

Sorry this is my bad. I need to update my other plugins to be compatible with the latest version of DarkAPI (I remember updating them locally so I guess I forgot to upload the new versions). I'll need to double-check they're ready to release but should have them all updated by Saturday. In the meantime, you'd need to remove LSPDFR Comes Alive and use v4 of DarkAPI (should be included with the other plugins of mine), OR remove my other plugins and use LSPDFR Comes Alive.

What is working with the current game version and lspdfr version??
Darkmyre replied to Billc123's question in Community Support
All of my plugins are compatible with the latest RPH/LSPDFR versions. The only issue I'm aware of, is a bug in the Surveillance Target callout so it is recommended to NOT accept this callout until I'm able to release an update. Regarding other callout packs, your best bet is to check the comments section on the callout packs download page. People are usually pretty vocal when things stop working -

You can use any custom uniform you've saved to the wardrobe in EUP. Otherwise you could also use the Clone partner to duplicate your outfit - but that will probably also make them look exactly like you with an EUP character (it's mainly intended for use with the regular cop peds). Currently the available orders are pretty limited, I need to update this to take advantage of some of the new API options in LSPDFR 0.4

Yep. If you dont have other mods installed (or dont mind re-installing them), you can just copy the entire RPF into the mods folder. Otherwise, just follow the same structure as in the mod to get the changed files from the originals in your main folder and put them into the same RPF/location in mods folder. I'll be updating this mod to support Lenny's Mod Loader once that is publicly released, which will make things MUCH easier as you wont need to ever touch an RPF file again. Sadly there's no ETA on that yet.

Make sure you're pressing A/Enter when choosing Paramedic. The menu should then close and you'll get a prompt 'Now receiving calls for Paramedic', then you'll be able to select the calls from within the menu.

Not currently, no. How are you forcing a call?

Try the latest update, it may've been bugged in the previous version but I've confirmed the EMS calls are all working in the latest update.

There's a small but vocal number of people who're having issues. Bandwidth use of the server shows the vast majority of people have no issue. We've tested it from several diverse geographical locations and not a single problem at all. The last person having issues posted nearly a month ago.... MVGA is the most downloaded mod on the site on a daily basis - there'd be hundreds of people complaining if the issue was server-side. I understand it's frustrating having download issues, but there's simply nothing on our end that can be done. Some things I can suggest to try on your end: - Try clearing your browser cache (only possibly relevant if you've been on the site in the past) - Disable any browser extensions, especially any relating to network traffic (including ad blockers - but please let me know the blocker you're using IF disabling JUST the ad blocker fixes it, because that would be something I'd need to look into further) - Try a different browser, or incognito mode - If you have a slow connection, make sure you're not trying to do too much and overloading your connection - Try a different time of day, though honestly this is unlikely to help as stats show there's no real 'peak' time of day where the server is having any resource issues.
