The calls that dont trigger will be due to your selected agency - not every call is available for every agency (though every call is available for the "LSPDFR" agency, so you can switch to that if you don't want the agency restrictions).

Not sure which Toyota you mean exactly, but generally I either use the ELS config with the car, or if MrFui has released one for the car I use his. For a few cars now I've been able to re-use MrFui's Holden Evoke ELS config.

Make sure you've installed the separate EUP Menu plugin. I can't remember the default key to bring it up as I've changed it on my install, but it should prompt you when you get in-game so I think you've only installed the base EUP. EUP comes in two parts - EUP itself (the uniforms) and EUP Menu (the menu that lets you use them and customize).
Once you've got EUP Menu installed, go into the Wardrobe and create/edit outfits to save them.

Looks like you're missing RageNativeUI - it should be in the download, and needs to go in your main GTA directory.

You've almost certainly got an outdated version of DarkmyreAPI. If updating that doesn't fix it, post your log here and we can take a look

If it's working for searching a police vehicle but not anything else, then most likely there's a typo or something in one of your search items. If you check your log file it should have more details.
