GTA V Crashes when I add custom vehicles???

I recently bought GTA V and I was installing some Australian Police cars like the Territory and the Ford Falcon XR6. I have LSPDFR and Rage Hook all upto date and OpenIV but every time I install the vehicles, GTA V crashes saying the game file is corrupt when it's not.

 

Anyone know how I can fix this?

@Inception324 Do you use a mods folder with OpenIV, or did you install the vehicles directly into the update folder in your GTA V main directory?

@Razontex Thanks Mate, I forgot to add a mods folder, but now that I have, everything works fine.
