Turns out it was in there after all. I attached the vehicles.meta im using. This was a police2 vehicles.meta car. <flags>FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_NO_RESPRAY FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON FLAG_HAS_LIVERY</flags> Vehicles.meta.txt

Thanks Man, I used the Vehicle.meta FBI from Albos DLC Modding. Just Changed to FBI3. Ill have to check my other vehicles.meta add ons as well. Again Thank You!

Have you ever noticed an issue where your partner wont get into the car with you. It seems to do this with add on vehicles. Any remedy? Thanks.
