Yes sir I have. Edit: I broke the shit out my my game trying to install your better advanced meta. After re-installing, I found out that the EMS callouts work just fine now. So.. one problem solved!

Hello! So I JUST installed the newest agency callouts and the latest dark api. The game works and everything, but when I force an EMS callout and hit Y to accept... it automatically goes code 4 and doesnt run the callout. EVERY TIME... anyone else experience this issue? I am running EUP for custom medic skin as well as a non-els ambulance model (my els won't work but thats a different issue i guess)
