Unfortunately, this option no longer works.  I've tried manually installing this timecycle twice, it still causes motion blur that is unbearable.  Any way to fix this? or what option can I do to remove it?

Why is it not downloading it for me? It downloads an Index file for google chrome?

I installed this, worked great, then I added shaders & ENB and every object is white as fuck except for the sky which is like a weird blue color. Any idea why my entire screen went white?

It should be working, you just need to confirm the download. In Chrome you'll get a prompt to Keep/Discard - clicking Keep will let the browser download it. Other browsers will probably have different words, but same concept.

Hey guys,

I have just managed to download the file completely without any issues. May I suggest using Google Chrome Browser to download this file as every time I have attempted this download it has been successful.

You more than likely wont. It will only work if the server allows external content to be used, otherwise it wont let you join due to modified game files. Try at your own risk though.
