is there a way to change the pause map to this one

as it has all the street names on there

You can change it but the work will have to be done manually (Change Textures) . And on top of that you wont see this show on the minimap as it will still load the original textures (Gray map) . It would only work for Start Menu. I suggest you use PLD for street display instead
