Unfortunately, this option no longer works. I've tried manually installing this timecycle twice, it still causes motion blur that is unbearable. Any way to fix this? or what option can I do to remove it? -
If anyone is having issues, I'm sorry to say it's on your end. I just downloaded and only had a 30 second download.

That fixed it, thank you. If I may make a suggestion, the motion blur folder in the download should probably be renamed to "no motion blur". Right now it just says motion blur, and made me think it added more or edited it.

I'm not sure if anyone is still viewing, let alone giving support, but I've stumbled across an odd issue. In game everything is fine, no complaints. When I go into Rockstar Editor and move the camera, everything not in immediate focus, aka my police car, blurs. I've verified it is something in the mods folder, but I have no idea what, and since I recently installed this, I'm assuming MVGA did something. Edit Confirmed, the issue is with MVGA, Switched graphic mods and no issue.

I installed one of Darkmyre's mods that had the latest version of Darkmyre.api. Tried installing Search Warrant, wouldn't work. After reading some posts here, I checked the file version of the api bundled with SW, and it's a lower version. Sure, I can use said lower version, but then I can't use his other mods. @Darkmyre Any plans of fixing this so we can use all your mods with the same api?
