Installation:
1. Download the BCSO Lenco Bearcat [ELS] model from https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/els-bcso-lenco-bearcat .
2. Install the model as per instructions included with the download.
3. Open the .ytd file in OpenIV (riot.ytd if you're replacing the default riot van).
4. Select bearcat_sign_1 and click replace.
5. Choose your desired skin and select open.
6. Click save.
7. Launch the game!
 
Notes:
- Screenshots of NSWPF Bearcat attached, other states are the same with that states logo.
- I am aware there are some discrepancies between the skins and the real liveries, however, I prefer t0y's ELS bearcat over the older one of the same model, hence why these skins were created.
- Originally created for my own personal use I figured I would share them to save someone else some time if they are looking for some Aussie skins to use with the ELS bearcat
- There is no AFP bearcat nor will there ever be due to logo issues. Please don't ask.
