First up, Sorry for the well overdue wait on reply....
Any slot you choose, although no idea if you know how easy it is to add vehicles as DLC, and then add those DLC vehicles to traffic spawning, which is the preferred method of doing things..

The same instructions as any other vehicle, you have installed others in the past? I mean not to sound like a dickbag or anything but there's nothing special about this to make it require a unique set of steps.
